Responsibilities
- MUST be Property & Casualty Licensed in TX to apply or willing to attain within 30 days
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements:
- Must currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license in TX or be willing to attain it in the next 30 days
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
